We're hiring Holiday Sales Associates to join our growing team at Kinetic Marketing in Cincinnati.

Although the role has a festive, holiday-themed focus, this is a permanent, year-round position, not a temporary seasonal job. We're looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their sales and customer service skills while building a long-term career with our team.

You'll be working in a fun, energetic environment, meeting new people, representing exciting brands and making the most of every customer interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating Great First Impressions – Engaging with customers, bringing positive energy and making every interaction count.

Promoting Products & Services – Learning about different brands and confidently introducing customers to their products and services.

Building Relationships – Understanding customer needs, answering questions and helping people find suitable solutions.

Driving Sales – Developing your communication and sales skills while working towards team goals.

Bringing the Team Spirit – Working alongside a supportive team and contributing to a fun, energetic working environment.

No Previous Experience? No Problem!

We provide full paid training, ongoing coaching and hands-on support, so you don't need previous sales experience to get started.

Your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, events, sports or other people-facing roles could be a great starting point.

Applicants must be 18 or older due to legal requirements associated with the role. This is a full-time, permanent, year-round position, not seasonal employment. Applicants must be able to commute to our Cincinnati office daily. Part-time opportunities are not available.
